Highlights

The Henry project includes the demolition of the existing surface parking lot and low-rise building to construct a 70ft tall, 116,000 sf multi-family condo residential facility. The project includes a 5-story L-shaped Type-III wood-framed residential tower above a 2-story Type-I concrete-framed podium that includes residential walk-up units, a residential lobby, amenity spaces, and a basement level that includes a 45-space parking garage for residents. A semipublic/ semi-private ground-floor courtyard will be located at the southwest corner of the site and will include a water feature. The project includes 44 residential dwelling units with 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and 3-bedrooms with approximately 5,500 sf of balconies.
