Dick is the founder of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ. He started the company in 1975 with an original office in Helena, Montana, and later incorporated in 1978. In the four decades since, he has grown the company to include seven offices in two states. An entrepreneur by nature, Dick has led the firm to a position of prominence in the world of building, civil, bridge and wind generation construction. These days, he focuses mainly on development and the expansion of the company’s future.

CEO / Chairman of the Board
Marty Schuma is the CEO & Chairman of the Board of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ. He joined the firm in 1992 as a project engineer after graduating from Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. He was named president in 2009. Marty is Huebet’s most senior LEED Accredited Professional, which testifies to the firm’s commitment to environmentally responsible design and construction.

Kastelitz
President
Kyle Kastellitz the President of Huebet and was previously the Civil Group Manager based in Billings, Montana, overseeing the Heavy Civil Division. Kyle has been in the construction industry since his graduation from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. He has managed a wide variety of projects including Water & Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Bridges, Infrastructure Development, & Renewable Energies.

McGreevey
CFO / Treasurer
Corey has been with Huebet since 2013. His direct responsibilities include oversight of financial management, accounting and reporting, corporate risk, information systems and applications, and working with the executive team to address organizational and strategic issues. He strives to provide top level support to Huebet teams, clients, and projects. Corey is a CPA with degrees in Business Information Technology and Engineering Project Management from Montana Tech.

Bolton
Chief Operating Officer
Brian is Huebet’s COO and was previously the head of our Sheridan, Wyoming, office. He has been in the construction industry since graduating from Michigan State University in 1996 and worked in Huebet’s Bozeman and Billings offices before taking the lead in Sheridan. While leading the Sheridan office, Brian played a key role in expanding Huebet operations in Wyoming, providing the foundation for our newest office in Jackson.

McDonald
Vice President, Billings
Todd assumed his role as Vice President, leading our Billings, Montana office in 2024. After graduating from Montana State University – Bozeman with a BS in Construction Engineering Technology, he joined Huebet in 1991. He took a brief hiatus in the mid-90s to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana’s School of Law before returning to Huebet. With decades of experience as a well-respected Estimator and Senior Project Manager, Todd has managed a wide range of projects including many large healthcare, refinery, and banking facilities.

Didriksen
Vice President, Bozeman
After working out of our Great Falls office for over ten years, Derek started our Bozeman office in 2007 — which he still heads today. Derek is a LEED accredited professional, and has managed some of the largest, most striking residential and commercial projects that the firm has constructed. Derek is a Montana State University graduate.

DeVos
Vice President, Great Falls
Josh is the head of our Great Falls office, while also serving as a full-time project manager. With a Construction Engineering Technology Degree from Montana State University and a deep well of general contractor and construction management experience, Josh has skillfully handled some extremely complex projects for the firm — from renovations on active medical care facilities, to construction on tightly-constrained building sites. With early field experience as a carpenter and laborer, and more than twenty-four years in the industry, Josh is a proud member of a three-generation construction family.

Vice President, Helena
Bob manages our Helena, Montana office. He is a LEED accredited professional and holds degrees in Construction Management and Construction Engineering from Montana State University. Bob has been with the company since 2001, and has since managed a wide variety of projects — from medical facilities, to custom residential homes and ranch complexes. Bob’s wealth of experience has made him an indispensable asset to the planning and success of each project, while his core values of honesty and dedication drive his admirable work for all our clients.
Rivers
Anderson
District Manager, Arizona
Rivers recently led the $8M renovation of the Mountain Modern hotel in Sedona, AZ, the $32M expansion and renovation of the beloved Phoenix Theatre, and the $95M student housing project for Midwestern University. As District Manager, he will continue to spearhead projects in the Arizona region with a focus on building higher education projects, hospitality renovations across the state including at Hilton at the Peak, as well as healthcare and airport work.

Neil
District Manager, Flathead
Travis has been with Huebet since interning with us in 2007 at the Great Falls office, followed by a Project Engineer position. In 2012, he was promoted to Project Manager, where he worked on the Peak Health and Wellness expansion, then became a Senior Project Manager in 2023, and in 2026, he was appointed District Manager. His favorite project to date has been the Sperry Chalet Restoration (Phase 1 & Phase 2) due to the unique challenges it presented.

Miller
District Manager, Heavy Civil
Louie began his career in construction nearly three decades ago and has worked closely with Kyle Kastelitz in leading our Heavy Civil team as a Project Manager. Louie will take on the role of District Manager (DM) and continue building the Heavy Civil arm of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ.

Mullaney
District Manager, Jackson
Josh assumed his role as the District Manager of our Jackson office in 2025, after a decade as a superintendent and field manager in our Helena office. Josh began his construction career in 1995 as a laborer before working his way up the ranks. Josh’s extensive experience and thirst for knowledge have made him a well-qualified leader, capable of engaging in all construction disciplines. Josh strongly believes in a thorough understanding of the project from start to finish and will work diligently with his team to provide a proactive, solution-based approach to any project while keeping the client’s best interests in mind.

Krutz
District Manager, Missoula
Toby joined Huebet in 2020 and has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. Throughout his career he’s worked on a diverse range of commercial projects, including multi-family residential buildings, industrial facilities, medical centers, and office buildings, as well as highways, dams, bridges, and light rail systems. He also possess extensive experience with various project delivery methods, including bid-build, general contractor/construction manager (GC/CM), and design-build approaches.

District Manager, Sheridan
Jace started in December 2017 in the Civil Division under Kyle Kastelitz. His early years were defined by complex projects: the Stillwater Wind Farm in Columbus, the Russell Street Bridge in Missoula, and the Summit Wind Farm in Livermore, California. He later transitioned to the Teton Ridge Ranch project in Idaho, where his talents and leadership allowed him to take on additional project management duties.

Regan joined Huebet in 1999 after graduating from Montana State University – Bozeman with a construction engineering degree. She has carried many roles with Huebet while working up to her current place as Vice President of Estimating. Regan’s diverse project background includes medical/offices, schools, restaurants, car dealerships, dam work, residential, multi-family, and hotels.

Director of Preconstruction Services
Based in our Billings office, Shane leads Preconstruction Services for Huebet. After graduating from Montana State University – Bozeman, he took the opportunity to work around the country before settling back in Billings and joining Huebet in 2007. Having the unique opportunity to work both in the field and office, Shane’s wealth of knowledge and experience has molded him into a well-rounded construction industry leader.

Allan is our Project Executive, based out of our office in Missoula, Montana. Allan joined Huebet in 1996 as a project engineer after graduating with a Construction Engineering degree from Montana State University. Since then, he’s managed an extensive range of projects — from commercial buildings, to schools, to healthcare facilities, to wind and solar energy.

Rasmussen
Human Resource Director
Annie is the Human Resource Director for Huebet. She joined the team in 2015 after graduating from the University of Montana with a BA in Communication Studies and a concentration in Human Relations and Organizational Business. Annie developed the formal HR department for Huebet, creating benefit packages, encouraging employee engagement, prioritizing employee satisfaction, and ensuring our top-notch workforce best represents Huebet’s goals and values.
Drew
Schleeman
Director of Safety
Drew joined ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ in 2021 as a Safety Manager, overseeing operations in eastern Montana and Wyoming. He graduated from Montana Tech with a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, then worked for Mortenson Construction in their renewable energy division for two years, followed by work as an Environmental Health and Safety professional at Northwestern Energy in Bozeman. His career has focused on proactive hazard identification, continuous improvement, and fostering strong relationships to ensure safe and productive work environments.
