Huebet Bozeman recently started the construction of the Northwest Crossing Apartment Homes Phase I project. This project is a 202 Unit Multi-family project developed by Braxton Development and designed by Kephart Architects. This complex consists of five 32-plex apartment buildings, one 30-plex apartment building with amenity space on the first floor, four 3-plex apartment buildings, and a clubhouse building that houses their leasing operations as well as a fitness center, game rooms including sports simulators, a library, a board room, and office spaces for the tenants. The project also includes many outdoor amenity areas, including a large pool and spa area, an outdoor kitchen with BBQs and pizza ovens, a park space with play equipment and outdoor exercise equipment, and a dog park area.
