The Ives project includes the demolition of the existing surface parking lot to construct a 70ft tall, 168,000 sf mixed-use multi-family residential facility. The project includes a 4-story U-shaped 97,000 sf type-VA wood-framed residential tower with 99 dwelling units above a 2-story 71,000 sf type-1A concrete-framed podium that includes a parking garage for residences, residential lobby, amenity spaces, ground floor retail, and commercial parking in the basement level.
