The 2131 Graf Apartment Project is a 264,316 SF, 195 Unit project that consists of six 3-story 32 plex buildings, one each three plex building, one Maintenance Building, and one Clubhouse building that includes a fitness center and mail room. The site infrastructure work, consisting of the construction of 21st Street and the new water and sewer utility mains, began in late January. The project is expected to be complete in October of 2023. This project is phase one of two phases, with phase two anticipated to start before we complete phase one.
