Job Summary:

²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial construction projects in Sheridan, WY.

This role represents the highest level of project management within the company and is responsible for the successful delivery of high-revenue, multi-phase projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager sets the strategic direction of assigned projects, maintains executive-level client relationships, and oversees project teams to ensure performance in safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

This position is best suited for a proven construction leader with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and multiple project teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• ±Ê°ù´Ç±¹¾±»å±ðÌýoverall leadership and direction for large, high-value construction projects
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership
• ²Ñ²¹¾±²Ô³Ù²¹¾±²ÔÌýdirect relationships with owners, architects, and key stakeholders
• Oversee project financial performance, including budget, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and change order strategy
• Ensure successful execution from preconstruction through final completion
• Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and resource planning

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., $20M+ or similar complexity)
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Experience working directly with owners and high-level stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with projects in healthcare, education, or complex commercial sectors
• Background working for a general contractor of similar size and scope
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability across teams
