Job Summary:
²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our teams in Jackson, WY, and Missoula, MT! The Project Engineer is responsible for providing all paperwork and documentation for construction projects, especially field analysis costs. Will also coordinate the preparation and supply of necessary information and data. Works directly with the Project Manager. Job duties consist of the following but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing project submittals, including schedules, material lists, and subcontractor details.
- Obtain necessary project permits.
- Coordinate internal material requirements, quantities, and pricing.
- Review and code timecards daily for accuracy.
- Maintain project files, reports, and correspondence.
- Match project invoices and purchase orders.
- Track project quantities and assist in cost projections.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and accounting team on project billing.
- Verify subcontractor payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain updated as-built drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Superintendent for material orders.
- Ensure accurate material tracking and procurement for long-lead-time items.
- Prepare final cost reports and documentation.
- Assist in submitting closeout documents and final payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in construction-related software and computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
